The left hand is a bit spazzy. I think a bit of motion blur or spacing the keys out would easily fix that. Also, I would like it better if the return to origin was... more interesting than just him slapping the pistol back in his hands.
Other than that, it's not too bad. lol him

Your hand/wrist rotation makes no sense what so ever, it's sideways. That's not right at all. It looks interesting enough, yes, but you'll have to work on it a bit and make sure the hand never goes about 30 degrees off from being parallel to the bottom of the screen (excuse my bad example but I hope you get it). I speak in terms of rotating it side to side though, you can move it up and down so the fingers either point up/down, as long as they aren't pointing up in the later part of the throw X_x Um, fix your hand when it goes there too...I see it clearly in the corner of the screen.

Okay here's an example using one of my many grenade throws I have lying around... In this one this is like, the 2nd or so frame where the hand is on the screen. It's still tilting up, where the fingers would (if they were straight) be pointing upwards. Now the wrist bent downwards and the fingers would be pointing straight out towards the center (again, if they were straight). And my last frame where you see the hand (making this the 4th actual frame you see the hand). Here again, it's in the position I talked about before where the fingers 'would' be pointing forward if straight. The way you have it in your throw though...your hand is completely off-skew and looks terribly broken. You made the palm face towards you when it should [almost] never do that. I suppose that's the main problem really; the palm should nearly always be facing either forward or straight down is what my point boils down to actually..

In concurrence, get a baseball and throw it like a grenade in your backyard. Look at your arm while you throw it and your finger positions. If your animations are not like that, then it's entirely wrong. Not to sound harsh, but from viewing anims over and over again, the best get down to what looks the most realistic and exact.

Actually I based my most recent grenade throws (See... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qlblje9CXcc)off of Halo 1's since that is pretty much how you'd throw it in real life. Coincidentally it came out like Reach's, except my gun motions are actually different and the style of my arm movement matches my gun. Bungie just imported the arm and the gun motions, which don't match or look right at all.
