yeah the permutations were correct, but I fixed it :D -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNDdO1_fbz4&feature=youtu.be little problem in the beginning, but it's fixed!
I fixed one problem, and another one pops up. Got the song to start from the beginning, but the permutations are messed up sometimes. I will upload a video on youtube by tomorrow..
So I|ve cut a halo 3 song into permutations so that you'll have a intro, a loop that will loop until a script calls it to end, and then the end plays.. Problem is that it only sometimes starts from the intro, somtimes it starts off with the loop, and plays fine from there, but I want it to always start from the intro!! I call it from sound_looping_start script..
I have this problem where I spawn flood away from the fight. I give them firering positions near where the player will be, but they walk really slowly towards the point I want them to be. How do I make them run? Covenant and humans work fine, they run towards their firering positions, but the flood walks..
I tried to make the guarding at guard position, and moving-loop and moving-randomly

I converted the mp3 files into wav with iTunes. I put them on 16bit 41,000Khz, and 22,050Khz. Made sure the filesize wasn't over 10mb, but it still doesn't work. Didn't work in tool++ either.
Help, and I will upload my map-variant soon :)

I put AIs in a multiplayer map, but they keep running out of ammo. At least they stop shooting and I hear the clicking sound that comes when you run out of ammo. How do I give them unlimited ammo?

I've made sure that all the squads are real, and that the music is there.
I'm making a single player map and put the difficoulty to impossible, but the AI don't throw granades. I used the (game_difficulty_set impossible) command.
So I'm making a hallway, and I'm going to the model several places in my map, but I don't want to texture every single one of them. I tried to unwrap a part of it, but how do I copy that unwrap and use it again?

before tou export the map make sure it's not in poly, but in mesh mode. In poly mode you get all sorts of unexplainable errors.
I'm using 3ds Max 2010, and Bluestreak JMS Exporter v1-0-3. The problem is that I get an error "Unknown Property: "name" - in undefined.
All of them? That I didn't download.
I'm using 3ds Max 2010 and can't import GBX models with the gbx model importer by theghost It says that it's a incorrect file type. Why is this?
Just wondering. When you make a map. What things should you do and what should you never do. I mean are there any golden rules that will improve your maps.
And how do you begin, do you draw a sketch?
