I should really put a clever quote here...

I put AIs in a multiplayer map, but they keep running out of ammo. At least they stop shooting and I hear the clicking sound that comes when you run out of ammo. How do I give them unlimited ammo?

Look for the .actor_variants of the AI you are using with Guerrila.
Open them, and under "ranged combat", look for the field called "weapon", and duplicate the .weapon file stated there.
Set the AI to use the duplicated .weapon file, and open the duplicated .weapon file using Guerrila. Under the section "MAGAZINES", look for "rounds total initial" and "rounds total maximum", and change both of those fields to 9999 or some other high number.
Save both the .actor_variant and .weapon files, and place the saved .actor_variant into your desired map and compile.

Also, AIs do not run out of ammo in SP. Only MP

Yes however, if the ai drop the weapons, you will be able to pick up that weapon with literally unlimited ammo.

Well yeah...but I guess you can set the weapon to self-destruct after the AI holding it dies....

I think there is something in guerilla that lets set the amount of ammo that the ai's dropped weapon has in it.

That's just it, the amount of ammo in the dropped weapon. I actually find it funny to get ammo from an ai who had no ammo.

Well here's your solution

Save both the .actor_variant and .weapon files, and place the saved .actor_variant into your desired map and compile.

Now change amount of dropped ammo

Yes, too bad you can't change the amount of ammo dropped. Which leads to my post above.

You can make their weapons regenerate ammo in the "rounds regenerated per second" field (or "recharged" or something like that). Then set them to not drop equipment.
