Anybody know why whenever I try to open the console, it doesn't work? I use the tilde key, I used the ' key, and even the \ key and nothing seems to work. I put the -console correctly, so I'm not sure why.

just make sure your path to the Halo CE directory is "correct"
mine below: 1) right click on your Halo CE icon on desktop 2) scroll down to properties 3) then just add -console at end of target directory "C:\Halo Custom Edition\haloce.exe" -console Edited by Kal_El on Apr 20, 2021 at 08:14 PM |

Yes, a space must be included between the "target path" and the -argument
If you're using steam and it's a steam launcher shortcut, the argument can be put in the additional Launch Options box Edited by OrangeJuice on Apr 20, 2021 at 10:27 PM |

What keyboard layout are you using? it should be the key right under Esc, above Tab and left of 1

Yeah, I'm not using steam, and I'm pretty sure I already did that. Even checked.
