So I just got Halo CE, I've installed universal ui, the patch, and HAC 2. I went to play online and for some reason, when I move around my character will glitch around (every few seconds or so he will glitch side to side, forwards, or backwards by 1-2 feet)I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of these files and it helped nothing at all. My ping usually stays below 60. Can anyone help? I would love to be able to play this game, but this makes it very difficult.

dont even bother playing CE, or well, the multiplayer atleast.
used to play in sbb gamenights, and the multiplayer netcode is simply dreadful |

Sigh, the level of trollery here has made me return from the grave.
OP, make sure your network settigs in Halo accurately reflect your internet speeds. Also don't use WiFi. Also play on servers with SAPP and no-lead. That should do the trick. |

Your problem might be that the non-gamespy master server updates too often instead of relaxing like the real one, causing terrible hiccups despite having 14 ping.
Ever held F1 just to see how unnecessarily fast the new GSMS queries the pings?
