Hi everyone, this is a video of my work in progress map TSC:EM Check it out and give us some feedback. The map work only with Open Sauce 4.0.0 We need a Dedicated server to run this map.. any help will be appreciated. Capture and video editing was made by my friend NAZgul Anass Thanks CMT For all kinds of tags...They have really done a fantastic job. I know that the content are not mine... I'm just trying to do something nice for the comunity of halo... cmt released scenery, bsp tags for a reason... so I thought of trying to convert this map into a MP map (a part of it). However I have spent time working on it.. combine the two bsp, make some custom modification to the map, put all scenary object ecc. and the map in not finished... Im new in the world of halo ce modding, so is not very easy for me... however I dont think you have to take it if I did not create a new custom map...
ahh... if you dont like the music, go to listen your sh**ty house music. Fag

For a person of your skill level it is quite good.
However I would like to point out that there are probably several good reasons why no one has bothered to mp the bsps.
The most prominent motive is obviously the amount of sheer dominance that single player design takes on the maps. These level meshes just aren't designed to be lightly played with to get them through tool and sapien.
Alot more work would need to be invested particularly in geometry and texture rendering performence.

for now i can play this map with my i3 1.6 4gb of ram and a GT610M 1GB I dont have done a full radiosity for now... probably if i make a full radiosity in quality 1, performances would be horrible... but i dont know. what do you say?

Yes but a multiplayer map isn't just played by you, it also includes 15 others. Radiosity shouldn't be too much of performence lagger providing the shaders have been tweaked. I think this map has potential if done correctly, and I wished the video focused more on gameplay. For what it's worth, the map looks good (obviously since CMT made it) with your modifications, and the video is well-done. Just keep working on it!

Thanks Nickster5000 soon it will be a Dedicated server fot this map to make some test. When the map will be released, there will be a video of the gameplay. I have to learn how to make DLM...but it will be possible in a future update like TSC:EM v2.0

its not bad for beginning, because in beginning of making a map, some of people does not directly create their own style, but it can be from using other tags for seeing/learning stuff etc. anyway it's really good, but you should try convert the map to non os, because people not always using opensauce for mp.

Sometimes tool tries to make a palette of things that aren't essential, visible, or even called for in your map. I sometimes get unused voice dubs and gun sounds in mine where I can call them up in devmode even though no tags use them in my maps. Could try painstakingly dragging everything that you specifically don't want in your map out of the tags folder before compiling. Ok. Unfortunately in TSC:E, the bland exterior lighting + bump maps that hardly complimented the diffuse textures made the DLM's almost unnoticeable anyway.
