This tool converts Halo PC maps to Halo CE. The only requirements are an installation of Halo PC with compatible bitmaps/sounds (English installation for English mods, etc.).

I have an oooolllld Halo Demo map that I've been wanting to convert to Halo CE for a good long time now. I of course have to send it through several conversion tools (Demo > Mac > PC > CE) but fingers crossed nothing goes wrong. |

Minus one step. Mac maps are the same format as PC maps. In fact, the stock maps are the same exact files. Phoenix 3, the map used on the screenshot in the OP, works on both Mac and Windows version of Halo, for example.

This won't convert a PC map that has been converted from CE to PC then back again. I have tried several maps (protected and not). It also increases the size of original map to triple the size (mb).
