You say "have suddenly all gone white-screened" so I'm going to assume you were able to play them at one point in time?
If its a MP map You should launch it from the multiplayer menu, not by pressing ~ and typing the map in.(I'm pretty sure I made that mistake the first time) |

Sorry for misspelling *level. Yes, I was playing fine. It's the single player the truth and reconciliation, I have the Universal UI replacement.
