(i still like dano's textures the best) so i had an idea for bean today, and i dunno if anyone hear is familiar with ghosts of onyx or glasslands, but i'll go ahead anyway. so in the books the forerunners had doors that would vanish when people got close to them, i figure maybe bean could have something similar for his installation01 project. have a model that is literally a flat rectangular plane (2 tris) and all of the LODs for said triangle be that same rectangle, but the closest LOD would be nothing (no plane or model) and it wouldn't need a collision either. not sure if it's possible in unity though, just a thought.

i'd say sprint should be an AA, but give it a faster regen OR longer duration (menu option). also i'd vote default gametypes choose from default loadouts, custom gametypes (e.g. slayer_custom, race_marathon, etc) can have modified loadouts. that way users can make custom loadouts for MP, but people who enjoy a familiar, balanced loadout selection aren't grouped into a lobby with custom loadouts by accident.

We are currently at a interesting state right now. We may decide to completely make our own code and not use UFPS or we may continue to use UFPS. I personally love UFPS but we need to learn C# better and writing our own shouldn't take too long, possible just 3 days. And this new will be easy to implement multiplayer. What do you guys think?
