OK so ive only been modding for a little over a month now nothing too crazy really when sapien stopped working properly. I kinda screwed up my tags folder on accident installing new tags a while before it happened if that means anything. Anyways I reinstalled HEK and CE to see if it would reset anything and tutorial still opens with a blank gray screen in the game view and missing windows. I can still hear birds chirping in the map however. So heres my latest debug

I was able to open tutorial and every other map before normally but i have no idea whats wrong with it. Any advice is much appreciated.

Ive already tried setting the affinity to one processor and i got the same debug. Not even reinstalling hek and ce worked. any more ideas anyone?

There is a blank window covering the other windows, find the edge of it and make it smaller then move it.
