How do i texture a model with the the bitmaps/textures that came with it? I cant have it ingame looking like a piece of white clay and also i imported cyborg.gbxmodel with the ghosts gbxmodel importer and i want to rig with his boneset but all i see in the model are spheres indicating where his joints should be. Im new so i dont know a whole lot so id appreciate some definitive answers thanks!

wow that looks pretty neat.. But hey do they have any pre rigged material out there? cause i keep on hearing how thats a pain to acomplish and 3ds max trial will probably expire before i manage set it up for ingame usage and ive never bothered to learn how to rig stuff properly. lol sorry im a total noobster.. im still trying to figure out the kinks of this whole modeling thing.

Hey guys I ran across some interesting images of illegally ripped spartans from Halo Reach and never knew that was even possible. I was pretty amazed because ive gotten tired of creating imitation bipeds to use in some of my maps.. lol . so i was wondering if anybody here may know anything about those? And if you do could you send a link to those files or show of a way to extract them? awesome thanks guys!!

ok so i have these biped files that i plan to use for one of my maps. I downloaded it off the site and its armor was looking a tad too shiny for me. I was messing around with its shader properties in guerilla so it could look more like the armor off reach or halo 3 rather than a shiny action figure but nothing great came out. Any suggestions?

I just opened sapien to work on a map and it gave me this error window

"Volume2:\WINDOWS\system32\msi.dll

Cannot Allocate required memory. Some other application has loaded where halo needs to be located."

it only happens for sapien and i reinstalled everything too.. any help?

Ive already tried setting the affinity to one processor and i got the same debug. Not even reinstalling hek and ce worked. any more ideas anyone?

OK so ive only been modding for a little over a month now nothing too crazy really when sapien stopped working properly. I kinda screwed up my tags folder on accident installing new tags a while before it happened if that means anything. Anyways I reinstalled HEK and CE to see if it would reset anything and tutorial still opens with a blank gray screen in the game view and missing windows. I can still hear birds chirping in the map however. So heres my latest debug
