I actually had to change the settings in tool to add x86 but im still having an issue trying to compile a model I was able to compile my collition and animation but I cant compile my model
I made a sniper tower with animated elevator.
anyway I had a full working tag before I lost my data
I now have remade all the tags but like a sayed I cant compile the gbxmodel
tool is just not doing anything when i try and compile it.
and yes I tried what you mentioned.
the snipertower has breakable glass and and elevator. its actually a device mechine tag not scenary, but anyway hear is the data if anyone can compile a gbxmodel for me that would be great! as I cant seem to get it to work you may need to make a new jms file im not sure what the problem is.
just so people know this is my tag. and its not finished yet,
I need to get it in game and put final touches on it.
I have actually spent quite along time making this
removed.
if anyone can help that would be great! Edited by jackrabbit on Mar 14, 2013 at 07:15 AM Edited by jackrabbit on Mar 14, 2013 at 04:10 PM

just linking to images. ^ you should reduce the polygon count a lot before even wanting to put it in your map, you can just weld the verts, there is just so many that's not needed. http://i.imgur.com/jMmhSRI.png?1 ^ in sapien, so it had no errors. was happy to see it was modeled with no errors, but you really should reduce the polygons used, then worry about the rest. i didn't try anything with the lift, i just don't have the time to right now.

Not having problems with anything in windows 8 here. You have to run tool and cmd as admin though, in windows 8 a program can't save data unless it's run as admin.

I ask because I am getting a new computer soon, but it comes with windows 8.

If you managed to compile with hek+ then you must have been entering the wrong command in cmd.
