Are you kidding?

The H1 HEK already surpassed it in usable features.

Now you also believe OS is the best things since hot water.

I don't think OS is the best thing, but it already surpassed h2. I like OS but I wouldn't care since the game can look good without it.

If Halo 2 was 100% unlocked I would say othewise. Right now even the default HCE surpasses Halo 2. But if your talking about the game its self, then Halo 2 is still better.

However OS has a lot of potential, but it's still getting there. Who knows what the final build will be like when korn stops working on it.

Would you dig a hole with your bare hands, or a shovel? Sure, you can dig a good deal with your bare hands, but eventually, you'll hit a hard patch where you require a shovel or greater. Halo is the same. You can go so far with stock, but then you add OS and many of those things have easier alternatives, as well as the places where it can dig deeper than just stock.

You don't have to use it, but to actually attack people who do.. Well, you better be walking for all forms of travel; those cars and bikes and buses surely would go against your principals.

I'm not attacking people who use OS. I'm pointing out that it isn't better than hot water.
I'd like to see people "second" otherwise, that would really illustrate how mindless some folks on here are. A bunch of sheep following the flock, for shame.

Clearly Lodex is a wolf pack of one. Just ignore him guys.

In other news, given this snowstorm and the fact kirby has the next week off, we hope to get a significant amount of work done, including an error free BSP 00 (thanks to some consulting from Sali/Lestat). Encounters for 00 (Basically everything in the first half of the mission) have been fine tuned the best they can so we should have a more definitive answer as to how "complete" the first half of the level is sometime this week.

BSP 02 (underwater area) on the other hand, is having it's lightmaps done by Mootjuh, and is error free. I've had quite a lot of fun finding different ways to navigate the main chamber.

We're still looking for help fixing up 01 and 03 (03 is really bad right now) if anyone wants to offer some of their time.

will there be an update to how the grave mind looks?

In H2, He just looked like a potted plant gone wrong, and the textures were extremely lacking.

please?

Reviewing the other pages and even this page reveals that the wolf pack is more than 1, but I'd rather be a wolf than a sheep. Did you know that sheep, when hunted, push out the weakest to the outside to save their own rears?
Wolves live in a strong pack on the otherhand.

Masters is a sheep leader, whom so many mindlessly follow. He is in fact what has kept this community from expressing its true creative potential by getting people to work on countless poor campaign remakes.

Probably not, we're using extracted H2 animations so it would be more effort than it's worth to remodel and animate him. We've got a lot of tough choices when it comes to the "Gravemind" mission, as its not something we can easily make classic with the requirement of Brutes, as well as the fact we've pretty much expelled the Arbiter from this project.

comparing people to sheep to the point of trends and generalization is pretty far-fetched, considering how humans protect the young/ill and sheep eat grass, but if you really want to wander around eating people, hiding in dark places and cannibalizing your friends when no food is around, then go ahead.

I think you've adressed it before, but are you only porting the levels where you play as the Master Chief? And will we get to battle onboard the Scarab, when Metropolis is completed?

Ya. You aren't just a "1 man wolf" because your pack consists of the rest of TM. Clearly, you MUST be better than OS users and people who don't use the stock tagset. We aren't sheep for using OS. I don't use it because I don't know how. If I did, I would. And because I think it's cool and makes things look better in my opinion. Quit attacking others and Masters because of their interests. I'm sick of coming on here everytime and seeing you complaing about something that isn't the same as what TM does. Let people do as they will without you and the rest of TM attacking them. Don't get me wrong though, I love TM's work, but you need to hop off your high horse and stop acting like your work is better than others because you use the stock tagset.

Not entirely accurate, most of the people who are/were on TM and worked on Lumoria are annoyed and have apologized for Lodex's behavior. He is like I said, mostly a one man wolf pack. Or chiwawa, cause all he does is yap.

The plan is to just do the Human side of the campaign, as the arbiter missions require byfar more work and effort, and are more limited in gameplay options. We have an idea for how we could do the scarab in Mombassa, I just don't know when we will get around to implementing it.

TM was a three man team essentially with a bit of contributors here and there.
The only person of us three who I can imagine being a bit "annoyed" about it is MattDratt.

So no Masterz, your post is very inaccurate once again.
And there's a bunch more people who agree with me, but they just don't post to steer free from the drama. I'm sure you know who I mean.

Also Dsali, I'm amazed you're helping out this guy after how he's treated you in the past.

I could tell you, but there simply is no need to involve them when they explicitely steer free from the forum to avoid drama. Mentioning these specific people gets them involved in drama. Understand? (you probably don't)

As for Masterz post about TM supposedly "appologizing" for my behaviour, I asked around internally and can assure you this was epic bs by Masterz in an attempt to cause internal struggles.

Mangenkyo, you should invest your time into making that Halo 3 hud of yours somewhat decent. It's all you have really.
