I finished extracting the multiplayer scenario and bsp of Powerhouse. Here's what we're looking at:

Can anyone tell me how to put pictures here instead of links? I tried the picture option, but it always puts blank images of pictures that are ripped in half.

Oh, I totally agree. I didn't design the shaders; those came with the bsp. If you know of anyone who is good at designing shaders, let us know so we can contact them. Anybody out there who can design shaders, we'd like to have you on the team. Contact HaloExtreme117 if you're interested.

Edit: I've just finished the single player version of the scenario and bsp's. The map looks the same, so there's no new screenshots.

you need to link directly to the image file

then put the images in tags like so

EDIT: fudge flicker. dunno how to get the source image link -_-

To find flicker source images, right click on the page, view source, then find <meta property="og:image"

The real image should be linked from there.

or just do it the simple way...
choose the size of the image, right click it and copy location, click on the image icon
(yellow square) paste link done.

Well, I finished extracting all the weapons and I went ahead and extracted all the vehicles as well. Everything works, but their are a few things I want to edit with regards to the weapons. I should be done in a day or so.

He's not our bsp modeller. He does have above-average knowledge and experience with 3DS Max, but he's more of a weapons guy.

If your hoping for good shaders.....I sure hope you guys are using OS to handle this....otherwise the textures are all gonna look horrid. If you havent already look into it and I.will.see if I cant shoot you a few good twxture shaders to ise sometime.

Will do. I do happen to have a very nice powerhouse map made by Statutory Troy that I am working on for H2MT. I wouod be glad to.see about transfering the shaders into working OS ones. Ill pm you as soon as I.have something.

I've replaced all the weapons in the multiplayer map of Powerhouse with reach weapons. The only problem is the icon bitmaps, which are telling the player to press E to pickup (pistol symbol or other symbol) when it's a rocket launcher or other weapon.

Come on xfire! Upload it (the map), and pass me the link. The icon bitmaps issue shouldnt be too hard to fix, I have an idea of how to do that, I'll tell you over xfire.

That can be fixed with a new icon bitmaps.

Well everything's going pretty smoothly with the HMT Reach Project. Right now we're looking for model designers and model animators, as well as bitmap and shader designers. I realize that these are skills that the average mapper will not have, and any help from the Halo Community will be greatly appreciated.

We may release more pictures soon, depending on how far we are in the mapping process.

The only reason the other Reach projects got flamed, is 'cause they never showed any progress.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been taking care of some other stuff, as well as developing a personal set of maps I've been working on for a few months now. That and college takes up a lot of my time (yes, even during summer). I've found some vehicles that you, HaloExtreme117, may be interested in. The vehicles are destructible and based on post h1 designs. They look great, and the ghost has a nice boost function without any wonky physics or abnormal sound effects (hit the ctrl key). There is also a dual-wielded pair of smgs that I'm interested in. I'm not sure if they're based on reach, but they seem pretty far along the storyline.
