I don't know how to use these or anyone else who hasn't ever seen a "yelo" file. HOW DO I USE IT?

Opensause crashes my CE and I get error report. and I can't find the d3d9.dll file in my CE HElP

d3d9.dll IS opensauce. Is your HCE updated to 1.09, and you have xfire turned off?

delted xfire and have 1.09

If its exceptioning, post the crash details here. If your getting some other kind of error, ask here and post it there as well.

I still get error and exception when I launch CE.

Perhaps you can make posts a bit longer than a single line, in other words make a good description of what's going on and what you see, step-by-step, so we might actually be able to assist you in your problem?

All that happens is an exception, then I get an error report. That's the most clearest way I can say this.

No, I wont stop making yelo maps.

I prefer OpenSauce's new feautures, it gives Role Playing (which is what I like to do, dont judge me) an amazing boost.

OS and yelo is the future of Halo CE!!

I've downloaded in the past, the OpenSuoce.

Who knows? The error report is probably just a generic Microsoft error report.No useful information what so ever.

My old PC that sounds like yours allowed me to install OpenSauce, but I didnt get access to any of the graphical enhancements because my graphics card wasnt good enough, but the maps still played. Since im on a newer PC with better specs, everything works perfectly now. So if I were you, i'd give OS a try.

When the error report finishes I GET NO INFORMATION AT ALL.

Did you download Halo PC from the internet?

sounds like you're having the same problem i am. Halo is up to date, OS is up to date, OS is installed, xfire is completely turned off, and you're still exceptioning.

at least u guys are making progress... i installed open sauce and it said that it couldnt find halo ce, and i reinstalled it even

If I take out OS Halo works fine. and no I have a combat evolved disk and downloded ce

You might not have heard of it because you're a little lazy, but there's this thing called 'settings'. It usually allows you to lower the quality of the game slightly to reduce lag.

Strange and unimaginable, I know. ;)
