How can we improve on next year? Besides better submittions...

We realize at the beginning it was lagging like mad. We did a test 2 hours before hand, no idea what went wrong. Kara blames it on Ustream Producer. But anyway it got better, so what else?

Going to give it a 'no' on the enjoyment factor.

Why? Because it was so unorganised that the countdown script on the website was an hour off. Yep, by the time I figured it was time to head to the stream, it was already over. Sigh.

Just had a quick look at the timer script and I can see that you based the script time off EST when what you wanted was EDT. It should have had a four hour offset or the time should have been set to 7pm, not 8.

That was probably the most hilariously terrible event I've ever seen come out of the CE community.

Someone must have enjoyed it because from the polls a majority want CE3 2012...

Actually, why was it held at 8pm EDT on a Friday night anyway? Why wasn't it held at a reasonable hour (1pm EDT?) on either Saturday or Sunday so more people could have had a chance to watch?

No one complained about this until 1 week before the show. So if this does happen again a more reasonable time will happen

Common sense should have told you that it wasn't a good choice. Oh well.

I appreciate your efforts to hold CE3 but I'm sure you can do a better job of organising it.

Were always taking back feedback. Why was it unenjoyable?

Haters/missers gonna hate. Bullet and you did a nice job hosting imo, the content of the show was ok, and the submissions themselves were ok.
Let me model a concert hall for your ce3 interview bsp.

Hater or not. Any feedback besides the submittions sucked would be nice. If your gonna say you didn't like it, tell us why? To fast paced? Want longer interviews? Saw a trailer that you wanted to be longer but was cut down?

Good luck for you. You can rewatch the whole thing the 11th. 2 days early.

Also about the CE3 Countdown. It was right for me.

I managed just fine - then again, I live in EST, so w/e - although I was like 15 minutes late, I still managed to see my interview first (by pure-ass luck) :P

Well of course it was - you set it against your system clock. For anybody outside of that timezone though? Wrong.

No, The countdown was in hours, minutes, and seconds, and was up for days beforehand. I know some people in different time zones that were able to watch it.
You can still see the show on youtube, all the submission videos and interviews are available.

I am not technically in that timezone right now. But I still made it (for the beginning because my stupid craptop ran outta battery so I missed most of the show.)

Over all it was a lot laggy and all that but it wasn't too bad.

I was AFK while fetching my phone from a restaurant I left it at that was 15 to 20 minutes from my house, then proceeded to vacuum out the back which was loaded with Pine Straw. That took an hour. I got home as soon as it had ended. :(

I didn't get to see most of it, went to a friend's house to watch a movie with some other people.
