It's not just to avoid bots you intelligent young man you, it's to limit everyone to one download at a time. I can't imagine this site brings in much revenue for it's bandwidth usage.

This site is not meant to bring in revenue. If you lguys look into this, Dennis OWNS, let me repeat that OWNS UBX. He knows he will lose money here but he is a halo enthusiast. Why would you go saying all this to someone who has given and given and given?!
If his site has flaws that people can get around in some way, maybe it's because he hasn't had a major problem that he is not doing anything. I'm sure there are MANY that follow this rule of 1 at a time such that he doesn't need to worry about it. Seriously, get off of Dennis's back. He has done nothing but improve the halo community. OP's a wee bit butthurt don't you think?
What is the big deal out of having a one at a time download limit? You have a hot date you gotta get to? It's an extra 4 minutes out of your life to wait to download another map, and if you took the time to make an account just to whine like an ass about it, I'm sure you have those 4 minutes. |

INORITE! And despite any flaws people may think this site has, it is the best one out there and Dennis hosts it out of the kindness of his heart and only puts as much time as he deems necessary to maintain it which usually goes into moderating the forums.
Also IDK what people think is so wonderful about the captcha being on everything. Some things need it yes, but some others that I see it on, I just want to break necks for the retardedness of some site hosts. |

I personally am very impressed with the way this site works. Couldn't ask for more. Well, it would be nice to download more than one file at a time, but that's not a big deal. In my opinion, this site feels good to be on, the looks and interface are perfect.
