Well unless someone gunpoints Dennis to do it, or someone gets hired into UXB...the likelihood of anyone from here becoming an admin is slim to none.

I believe Dennis cannot legally allow any non UXB employee to become admin, and even if he could, I dread the thought of anyone here becoming moderator (with the exception of a few).

This isn't about who else is mature/popular/helpful. Dennis would say something along the lines of 'the forum doesn't need another moderator, because one is getting along just fine.'

Dennis said in another thread that the only way someone can become a mod/admin is to become employed at his hosting company, UXB Internet. And to my knowledge, he isn't hiring.
