I would suggest a single player campaign map for these (no weapons on some):
- Have some of the rocks/shields you jump on to traverse the river of doom, that have no collision = fall thru and die - or if jump on the right one, proceed to next, maybe animated scenery rocks for timed jumping and traversing?
- hall of mirrors, a maze with mirrors from floor to cieling, all walls are mirrors, if you have weapons, they very limited amo, with AI cyborgs to fool you; is that your reflection or AI?
-Dark room, illuminated clues, with no flashlight, timed entry and exit with danger increasing with time, perhaps hazard trips explosions that do a flash-bang hud effect
- Star wars like garbage compactor room, as the walls push together, they knock down scenery boxes (vehicles) which can be jumped on to seek a higher shelf to allow escape
- low gravity room with multiple walking levels, but no way other than jumping to get to the higher level, if designed well, you can only jump from certain spots to get the right arc to get to the next level (similar to prisoner - but without the connecting walk ways or ladders) and obstacles/hazards which impede progress or jumping
- a tall building with destroyed stairs/elevators in which you must safely drop a small distance to get from level to level, top to bottom, but drop too far = death, final jump to overshield allows for last nasty drop
- Toxic Shock - continual damage through a small foggy room with many obstacles, get through it before your shields and health fails. use blur hud effect on final part where jumps must be exact to escape and survive but vision and health is failing
- Vehicle level similar to maw run (ce map) or mongoose run on H3 - traverse a large cavern expanse quickly which is collapsing, or destructing, have clear drive paths, but multiple jumps some of which are possible, others deadly, and falling debris (projectiles) that cause camera shake, last effect is loss of light except your headlights, some 'splosions that cause flash-bang hud effect, and you must drive in total darkness - (final cuscene? - jump the mongoose into a hovering pelican for a quick escape, takes flight - planet explodes)

Hog Smash: Do a wider hallway, add another row of hogs, then make the script a bit more random in timing, then have the mc cross the hallway instead of going lengthwise. BAM! You got frogger! What about adding the gears/chompers from Galaxy Quest?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqVqxWU-ItgEdited by Slap Happy on Oct 15, 2010 at 02:24 PM

I think that you should add a pelican at the end, that drives backwards and forwards. It could take you to another obstacle course, where you would have to walk along tightropes in space.
I might play this map a bit when it's finished, but I have Pure Faction for stunt maps. :P

a warthog run like on the last level of combat evolved! That won't sync at all. Animated scenery doesn't sync.

Have those panels be vehicles? Vehicles positions sync, and it'll have everything scenery has and then some.

The model is 6 polygons with a low resolution texture colliding maybe 5 at a time.
It won't lag that much.

Wow, looks like we have some computer illiterate people on these forums now. The map is pretty good. Just wished you put more time into this. This could have been longer. Oh well though. =(

Computer literacy is defined as the knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently, with a range of skills covering levels from elementary use to programming and advanced problem solving.
Since you ask sooo much and don't really understand anything, you're computer illiterate. .___.

Yeah, I mean seriously, this map was really difficult. I mean, the first obstacle was getting the file downloaded, and then after that, I couldn't even open this ".rar" file. Like wtf?!?!?!?!?! It was like solving a Rubik's cube or something!!!!!! Even an incredibly computer literate person like me couldn't open this ".rar"!!! Then when I finally got it open, the other obstacles of the map were easy.

Download winrar. Save files from this site to a desktop. When done, try opening the file. It should be associated with Winrar, and you'll have this box named winrar and the map file in it. Drag that out to the Maps folder. Enjoy.
