You can aim with much more precision and agility with a mouse than you can with a controller.

This, coupled with a first person shooter, ends in PC players (mouse+keyboard) completely destroying 360 players (controller).

Now with Reach's Bloom though, it might even it out a bit more but for the time being I don't think Bungie bothered to spend even more time to test that out. Perhaps in the future though they will or may even are testing it, and will have a Reach PC.

There is no amount of protection that can stop cheating completely and gfwl is hardly able to protect anything to begin with.

Zira, use your head for a minute. how long has halo 3 been out? how long did it take them to port halo 2 vista after halo 2 xbox was released? everybody knows halo 2 vista was a failure. it would not be economically beneficial for microsoft to pay somebody to port reach to the pc after they've seen what a failure halo 2 vista was.

im not trolling. hope as much as you want, its just not going to happen.

Multiplayer for PC and Xbox are separate so why would it matter if it's easier to aim on a system.

This petition is a bit of fun, I don't care what happens.
I already know how much Microsoft gives a **** about the Halo on PC community and that's very little thanks to H2V.

If any of you people cared, you'd be hoping Gearbox took arms and spearheaded the port.

not only would that give mouse and keyboard users an advantage but the project is likely to the point where they wouldn't be able to implement that even if they wanted

Update: I know an insider who knows bungie (I rly don't care if u don't believe me) Original there was speculation about reach pc, u can even find some strings in the .map files like, left click, esc, and more, but after looking at 10,000,000 pirated Halo CE copies and 4,000,000 Halo 2 Vista copies, they changed their minds, and the fact this AAA engine would require 4-6gb of RAM to play smoothly

i dont understand about that. they already have most of the content, it wouldnt kill them to port it to PC, theyed make a profit no matter what...

half of u can barely run CE which requires 256mb RAM this is 6gb Ram, 9/10 of pc gamers don't have that... and they would lose millions of dollars on their last halo game they want to send out with a bang... that'd be pathetic

All games start on with a pc. Hurf Durf. and Spartans right. CE is beyond unpopular, yes theirs 3000 of us on halomaps, and 100,000 visitors, but compared to halo reach and the tens of millions who want it, bulge will lose so much money by pirates

you guys dont listen well, do you? microsoft's buisiness model is showing that the PC community isnt worth porting the games to after halo 2 vista was a failure. they dont know/care that it was a terrible port. all they care about in the long run is the profits, and there wasnt enough to validate another PC port.

believe me, i want to see a port of halo reach and halo 3 to the PC, and i want to see it done right. im just telling you guys why you shouldnt hold your breath. dont sit here and talk down to me because im giving you logical support here. that wont make you any friends.
