Cross platform is a terrible idea, all anyone will ever be saying is how xbox users have an advantage cause of auto aim. All the xbox people will acuse people of using an aimbot, keep them separate for good cause.

well, cross-platform is a problem for hackers, but really who hacked (for cheats on) Halo 1, and Halo 2 Vista are stupid themselves.

I do hope GFWL can implement specific measures that can protect auto-aim, magnetism and other memory edits that provide hackers with advantage.

I remember a quote about Halo 3 not being on pc becuz the engine was a test with lots of excess code, and ODST had fixed a lot of it up. I remember word of a Halo: Reach on pc, with a Editing Kit, not sure tho

Edit: plus I preordered Reach Legendary and the new reach chose, lol ill have 2 games...

That's not trolling... it's true... go buy u2v and install h2ek, u can only maps, nothing else, we petition for it 2yrs ago and nothin happened

Microsoft seriously did try cross-platforming during months of testing at times, but finally just decided it won't work because PC players completely destroyed anyone using a controller.

And to fix that, they would have to really screw with the gameplay and ruin the whole experience of the game itself. It just wasn't worth it.

Microsoft's definition of cross-platform is really stupid, big deal woop, if PC gamers own console gamers.

Microsoft is really a stupid company, they allow 360 controller and m/k for PC, but not the other way around with the Xbox 360.

actually, it is a big deal. theres no fun if your playing against people that you know are going to completely obliterate you every time.

mouse + keyboard, and Microsoft's infinite amount of stupidity.

I don't have a 360 and probably am not going to purchase reach as well.

I'm not interested in the online play (although forge 2.0 is pretty neat)
just into the singleplayer which I'll probably get through a friends house in about 3-4 hours.

Various Unreal Engine Mods
COD4 along with all the mods it has (still can't find that bloody star wards mod)
Bad Company 2
Starcraft 2


Note this:

Not everyone will be playing Halo Reach, sure there will be a lot of people playing it, but mostly I'm guessing those 12 year old kids who can get rather annoying.



A mouse allows you to aim at a much faster speed,

If the 360 supported a mouse and keyboard style of play,
the players with a mouse would likely be dominating.
