The thing is it's too late to port Halo 3 to PC. The 'graphics' and overall game are getting old and it would be Halo 2 Vista all over again. Reach would have been announced for PC by now as well, but it hasn't so it probably won't.
There is maybe a sliver of hope that 343 Industries will do it under Microsoft's orders, but I doubt that. 'Tis quite a shame. You can at least look forward to Bungie's next game being on PC, as well as other consoles. |

Problem is the two existing Halo PC games have a shameful history at crappily optimizing things... while a 360 is kind of weaker than a PC, it still doesn't mean enough people will be able to run it to justify the investment. If they do it, they need ultra optimizing tool to allow broader acces than what H1PC and H2V allowed. |
