Yes but it would be extremely buggy and probably only work less than half of the time.

I made a marker on the biped model, made an 'invisible' biped, attached them with a script, and scripted the camera to the biped during a 3p-weapon switch.

Halo thirdFov works for an older version of halo but I forget which one, but there is also sky's the limit 1 and 2. The first one works for the halo version 1.08 and 2 works for 1.09.
