Halo 3 had no mistakes: the weapons were near-perfectly balanced because the people working on them were professionals.

Edit: Yes, this is CE like I said, no, I'm not being a hypocrite. The weapons have of course, been slightly adjusted to work well and be balanced in CE's terms, instead of exact copying Halo 3's tag values.

Like I said before, don't flatter yourself.

I would like to see a 1 hit kill because I support CE Zombies, and I think Sandtrap could be a good zombie map.

It already is in Halo 3. I've played it plenty of times myself, really fun.

A bit repetitive because all you do is just drive around in warthogs with zombie's chasing you...but fun when you're driver screws up and gets you all killed by a gravity hammer blow, so you can then hit him repetitively if he's next to you on the couch :P

I do not see where you're coming from at all. You demand that the Sandtrap v2 spiker kill in 3 melees. Not only would that make it weaker than all the other melees, stray from Halo 3, and just render it absolutely useless in general, you have no backing behind it. Your only reasoning behind it is because you think it's a flaw to be 2 hit.

I argue for it to be a 1 hit melee, because no one would use it much outside Zombies, and if implemented, Sandtrap v2 could be a good Zombie map.

CMT Snow Grove has 6 (iirc) spiker spawn locations, and it worked fine in zombies.

That would take the fun out of it because there wouldn't be any of these exciting new vehicles! If it is done, than I would highly suggest a "fort" in a separate BSP for the Zombie hunters

So what? The CE spikers also have a pretty slow firing rate, I think a slow firing rate and 1 hit melee would be perfect! I mean what would win? A spiker or a BR? The BR will prolly kick its ass whether it has a one shot melee or not. I vote for one shot Spiker melee.

what the hell does the rof have to do with the melee? snipers are slow but deal alot of damage, so do rocket launchers.

From what I got Zira was saying that spikers should not have a one shot kill becasue of theyre accuracy, Im stating with the RoF of the Spiker a One hit melee should be in order

any weapon is good for me except i prefer the sniper rifle or battle rifle (dmr in reach). Make it balanced with the smg...

He meant Broke's Battle Rifle, which should be changed back to the Halo 3 reload+my stupid 'fix' to the grenade throw.

And honestly, drop the Spiker crap. Your paragraphs and arguments aren't going to affect anything.

The Spiker is just a fun gun to use, dual-wielded or not. Half of the time it's my secondary (or primary) whenever it's on a map.

The subject is Sandtrap, and yes you are free to talk about the weapons but discussion on the Spiker is over. I'm sick of it, no one cares, you're not going to have it your way (go to BK if you want that).
Start a new thread if you wish to 'discuss Halo 3 weapons' or some crap, just take it out of here and get back to bothering Jesse to actually get this thing out for you people to 'enjoy.'

Well while we're still somewhat speaking of it, I decided to animate it so that these animations can be put to use:

Originally I was reanimating Sigma weapons but later got bored and lost motivation. Got like, halfway through. The animations will of course be made from scratch still for the Halo 3 model, but the overall ideas (such as the melee) you're still going to see.
