Oh dear an other "team" I'm starting to hate. This one bumbs my old topics and uses it for group-ripping.

Dude until now noone seems to be able to rip revelations, whitch is stupit of z-team. By protecting their map that well they make people get intrested even more in ripping it and therefore half this community seems to be trying it now.

BTW, the secret room of revelations contains porn. If thats what you guys are after you guys are just as sick as z-team whitch created the map. However I must confes that beside the porn revelations is the best map I've ever seen and until now it's my favourite. The secred vehicle was a fail aswell it is way to big.

Hahahaha. Lemme point out three thing before the others can:
1) BUMP.
2) TROLL.
3) NOT COOL.

4) GROUP-RIPPING

Many people can rip Revelations. DSalimander made a video on how to get past Zteam's protection. XD

Thats not really getting past protection, since your still going in blind as to what tag is what.

You only need to find one tag, using the which tags it references. Then you just need to work your way out.

Me and around 4 of my bestest friends have had a unprotector for about a 6 months now, it rips (perfectly i may add) any and every map with no trouble or effort.

I'm intrested in studiing it's working. Does it use halo engine code to read the file and rip it that way? Can it get around hex editing? Can you send me a copy? Or the source code if you allow me to ask that.

Also Dsalamander has the same hate of zteam as I have I know that video. There protection in that video was weak but dude to lack of Dsalamander when trying to rip it he made it himself hard. You can acctually script a program that can restore the whole tagset, but it's a lot of work and Dsalamander is a kind of ..... lazy. The protection of revelations however is done different I think the hex of the header of that file was edited. I requirs a whol differend approche. It can be done trough.

1. Zteam didnt make this map they just protected it for Selentic.
2. You can't code a app that restores the tagset because, those tag names are destroyed by the protecters irreversible protection.

and as Advancebo said its alot of work getting them back together

1- Can only be a thing to prover zteam sucks
2- You can actually rename every tag and make it all work again. I never said the original name would be restored. And yes it is a lot of work that's why I haven't done it already.

And why would you want to do it anyway.

If the map's protected, the author doesn't want you to have the tags for whatever reason he desires. What's wrong with respecting his wish? He's releasing a map for you guys with his effort, and you guys just want to take that effort and use it without his permission, and without respecting his time and effort spent on those tags.

Let the topic die already. Its an old topic.

I can send you my super AI's. They will protect your map very good. They have Coldsnap Sniper Rifles, and they use aimbots (That also work on vehicles!) They also have Recon armor, and active camo!

How can they protect it? They can't.

And if you would have tried to see the whole pickture whit arguments for map protection I'm sure you wouldn't just quote these arguments.
