Who's BHM?
BHM stand for BioHazard mappers.
A mapping team I made awhile ago with Elefant. Still not ringing a bell? Probobly because I had to shut it down due to the fact that I was really busy.


Anywhoo

I would like more people to join (I'm not sure if Elefant is still in this with me or not) because I would like to make some awesome maps for HCE.
I'm not talking about a campaign mod or anything big like that but more maps that this game seems to be lacking.


What we need:
- A good modeler for BSPs
- A good modeler for weapons
- someone who is good and either making textures or sprucing up textures
- a good tagger
- someone who will run it through tool and compile it
-a good HUD maker (I would like to have a signature HUD for all our maps)
- teamwork

I'm going to do concepts design and weapon design and animations.

but i dont see either, so if i cant join with those purposes, i mine aswell be ur compiler.
(dont see y u need a compiler, i think people can compile their own things :O

PS.but i cant add you on xfire, or sign in until my internet is un-capped. which will take another 5 or so days. and since i got to update xfire, it would take about 1 hour to reach half way, then it disconnects on meh D:

Why don't you just re download Xfire?
And don't worry if you can't comit to it everyday as long as you participate.

ide rather wait till Tuesday so mah internet is un-capped. it even took 3 hours just to download those plasma pistol animations that Jesse put up today. D:

so uh, if im in the team, what do i do? compiling, scripting, populating? :S

What are you good at?

Geared is doing weapon models.
VMT is doing the tooling.

um im good at populating, and scripting. I can give proof of my work when my internet is un-capped, so i can post a vid and/or screenshots.

but tagging is also another one of my strengths. but that's only if you dont need a populator and/or scripter. i dont see how you could not have a scripter. D: i can make sum smexy scripts :)

as long as i dont do HUD tagging, i can be a tagger if i cant be a populator or scripter :)

Did anyone else smell the hypocrisy of this statement?

No Victory Mapping Team is new and we don't do that. We do completely custom things and we are planning to get Twilight released by Christmas or on Christmas if we can.

and i guess we're not ripping, or recreating things. Maybe something here and there, like a one-off vehicle, or a biped. But its not like we're a "CODMT" or a "ODSTMT" sorta thing.

I was focusing on original content for CE, nothing from Halo 2, Halo 3 or any other game.
That is why I wanted to start my own mapping team.

i know how to make a HUD, i can make the most of the stuff like shields, health and ammo along with crosshairs, and pickup icons.

it was a joke. lol, there's been mapping team recreating a huge variety of things. but no has ever thought of recreating: "Halo Combat Evolved" on CE. :P
