Is it really that hard to read?

HEK isn't that hard to use blaze, you just have to learn.

Yeah but from What I've seen it's Hard to get it to work right at times. What I need is a map making kit that is easy to use and works right 90% of the time. HEK also seems to have alot of bugs in some areas. And is aways the easiest thing to make the "Big Stupid" in.

the HEK is the best there is. there might be edits of it but i personally think that the original hek is the best.
and the only reason HEK doesnt work most of the time is either your doing it wrong, or your not doing it right.

Have you used HEK before? if not try it mine woks 100% the only problem it has is if people mess somthing up like if they get a non complete tag it sometimes messes up because it dosnt know what to do. trust me their is no ther program to use. besides Spark Edit but thats just stupid.

...Any one's that don't need money to use? I've heard that most of the stuff takes 1,000$ JUST TO MAKE A D***ED MAP!

No, everything is free. HEK is free. Custom Edition is free. Gmax is free.

lol i think its funny when people believe that all the stuff for CE costs money. there is nothing on this site that costs cash its all free.

As Elefant posted, gmax is a free modeling program. Custom Edition is free, which you probably already have, and HEK is also free. It also becomes second nature after practice, which I'm sure you don't have. Go play around with it for a while, and see what you get.

Plan A: Get Bungie to make Up-dates at least 5 and Make a Map base off of a game called Hard truck 2...Why? Well 1st of it can't load or run right on todays PC's. Anyways I'm thinkin' of making a Cop and Civis map.... Due to the fact that most of the ones there are now aren't the best But mines will be a good one. now I just need to find out how to due it all with X-fire....but I due have A Steam profile... that might work I'll just have to wait and see...

There is nothing wrong with the download speed. It is quick and takes a matter of seconds for a 50mb map.

It took me 3 days (3 trys in total with timeouts) with my slow ass connection just to download halo ce before i got some actual decent internet. my dl speed used to be like 7kb/s (no joke) and now its 100kb/s which still sucks and my upload is complete crap.
stop whining, and be glad you can actually find a download link that works.

None of it's illegal in any sense so why would it matter what you're downloading?

Unless you're downloading a pre activated CE or something, otherwise, it's all free..
