True, but it's still annoying.

This is Halo Custom Edition, not Halo "Let's-make-Karrde-Happy" Edition. The animations look custom enough and they work in concept, so that's good enough for me.

i dont even wanna quote your post for sakes, you didnt even spell his name right, and then you come with an assy post saying nothing.

he was and is right, people are too easily impressed, this map is not bad because it could have been much more, just what it is, it could have been much more. i just agree.

sometimes you know, i think you like to be nub. L0dex only stopped working on it because of people like you, stop ragging on him since you have no reason to do so, the only motivation is your balls that didnt drop.

now leave him, go contribute to the topic.

You realize every single custom single player map on this site falls short of the expectations you just put out there.

And don't throw the spv2 beta at me.

Why is everyone saynig "Oh, it could be better"
How exactly can this be better?
The point was to make a Nazi Zombie style mode in CE and that has been accomplished. Maybe you're forgetting that:

it's the first of it's kind, the best (imo), it has a points system, a custom UI which allows you to buy weapons, good halo 3 weapons, nice visuals, firebomb grenades, more than 20 waves, rangers, an arbiter, the ability to spawn allies and defensive structures, and an awesome HUD.

Seriously, what else could be added? You guys are starting to sound really ungrateful.

Arby comes on the final wave.

And yes, I agree with many of the people who've posted their opinions. This map was created not to be a quality SP level (L0d3x would beg to differ if I said it was), but merely to test my capability of scripting. I wanted to see if I could set up a points system, and I could. Once that was in the way, it was merely going to be another test map. However, people liked it, and judging from the amount of Firefight maps either inspired by mine or otherwise, firefight maps are popular-ish. And since I want to be popular-ish, I've decided to release it. The reason the map seems so poorly thought out, and because it is, is because it's a test map. I don't bother putting effort into test maps. Now that it's no longer a test map, I need to re-design many things. I need to create more items of interest to captivate the people who download the map. I had a talk with broke like a few days ago, and he said that he likes to keep people's expectations low, so he can surprise them. I'd actually wish to go back to n00b-dom, just so that people's expectations are lower. I'm not making this map to impress anyone. I'm making this map because I want to test my scripting skills, and people want it released.

Ok fine, just answer me this one question, why do you have to be so stuck up lod3x, you think ur better than all of us cause you can make quality maps, ever thought that some of us would rather have fun playing the maps u guys make rather than making them?

Not sure. I've set it so that AI don't use grenades on easy and medium difficulties, but they do on hard and legendary. The problem is, I replaced plasma grenades with incendiary, so grunts spamming incendiary grenades is not fun.

Don't worry I was just joking, but I personally don't think I'll do a great job from my modeling skill

Just give the plasma grenades to grunts as secondary triggers.

i would have preferred that the frag nade were replaced instead of the plasmas.

its just so fun to stick a grunt with a plasma and watch them run into another group of grunts, and hear them scream in horror.

i personnly like fragmentation better than sticky grens because the frags take less time to detonate and (i think) they do more splash damage than the plasmas. well i just like them more. nothing more to say.

Edit: o and ya. maybe you should make the incindenary (sorry if i spelled it wrong) a little more expensive because i think it'll be a little cheap when it comes to the hunter/arbiter levels where all you need to do is throw those flame balls at them and they die. especially the hunters. dont know about arbiter. may have like 5000 vitality and 6000 shields lol

This is Halo Custom Edition, not Halo "Let's-make-Karrde-Happy" Edition. The animations look custom enough and they work in concept, so that's good enough for me.
If by that you mean it's realistic, you are wrong.
