Actually enchanced AI are more then formidable against enemies, especially the marine snipers, which almost never miss. But they do limit the amount of "tactics" you would normally use on an enemy

so if you have even a semi old PC, you should be okay as long as you have some upgraded graphics cards and such.
Also, Lod3x, have you taught the marines how to fight as if they were a real fighting force and not like the morons from Alien 2? for example, do they know how to use cover and retreat when its obvious they should? I mean its no use buffing them up if you have to use yourself as a human shield because they constantly go in the middle of No mans land and fire at the largest contingent.

But I don't think it's possible to re-script the AI entirely.

I'm pretty sure he's made the AI seem much more intelligent. Making them dive for cover, and not panic is a very easy thing to do. I myself have done that, to make Marines actually worth buying in my Firefight map.

have you fixed the ai driving scorpion tank problem? like will the marines limit themselves to only shooting or only driving? or do they do both? last time i checked the ai dont know the difference between the tank treads and the cannon.

Speaking of lag, it looks like your map will have lots of death and destruction. You should put in a garbage collect script that continuously collects garbage every three seconds. Reduces lag substantially.

so my advice is not to end the game with the dead of ai but just give penality points, because be alone angaist an army of covenant is a punishment more heavy than die. to have 20 ai in strategical positions,spare in littel groups, it's a good tatic, but it don't solve the problem.
another topic is the use of vehicle. I see you planed to use both wartong and tanks,and this is great. I hope you'll find a credible way to bring ghost and wrhaits.

Make a nice little cutscene if you survive the on-slaught. If a player tries to hide away in a corner , then make the AI hunt him down. Like after a given amount of time then they can sense the player and go kill him. Could work , just saying.

Try to lessen texture detail, compensate with variety. It usually isn't your RAM, it's your video card. Phantoms need a change from the shots on the first post. good job so far this is turing out to be the best firefight map ive seen so far, dont change the phantoms b/c phantoms own h1 dropships any day.
the only problem i have is that the fact that your still using h1 models make me a little sad :(

No ODST's firefight waves are compleatly randomized, i rember the devlopers video and on the very first wave its self two wraith got dropped off, the geeting harder and harder waves is how we ce people do it
