Unless you can't click on a textbox and type, it's good. Unless you try to download off Halomaps, which you'll have the equalivent of a 404 error. I'm not sure about MP, but the CMT needler ghost doesn't feel overpowered in SP. It's good at taking out grunts and elites that move slowly, but it's bad against jackals and almost useless against vehicles. In MP, players could probably dodge the needles just as easily as a regular needler. I'm sure the regular needles would need to be improved just so they could actually be dangerous to more than afkers and people who run in straight lines. I lowered the rate of fire and and the damage, so its fairly balanced. 2-3 shots to kill a spartan. But it still has a bit of a slow traveling speed, and it blows up after a while flying in the air.
