I have no idea on how to stop this... Setting core affinity doesn't slow it down at all.... neither does power setting.

Pretty much everything is far too fast to control.
If I were in bloodgulch: I could run to the opposing base in a quarter-second(exact) which is very annoying. This happens online too, I run to other base and then teleport back to where I was originally standing.... why is this happening!?
