Okay after researching my problem let me tell u guys the steps I taken and see if this is the right way of doing this.. the reason im posting this is cuz if seen some tuts like jaihrains etc and when the work with bipeds it's like a whole another thing.

Okay step 1: I have my mesh or model loaded up
Step 2: Load a characters bipeds info by clicking import all nodes as bones and..import markers

step3: make bones fit according to mesh or mesh according to bones.

step 4:then click mesh modifier then skin,

step 5: add all bones but not markers in the envelope

step 6: link mesh or model to bip 01 pelvis.

step 6 open JMS Exporter make sure vertex whieght rigged is checked and Export

If I've done all the right steps and am using all the right programs for this than why do I get this error: Unknown property "count" on bip 01 head.... Is it just gmax??? If so that sucks I havenet got my new computer

I dont know too much about rigging as I am just learning, but for step 4 don't move the bones unless you are planing to reanimate the whole biped. This will take a long time as there many different animations.

EDIT: Also for step 6, link it before you weight the vertices.
