Hey I'm new to the forum and I was just wondering were and how to get the health blur effect?
I stumbled upon this in youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avgGx5A5c1E&feature=related just wondering if anyone has this or knows how to get it because it looks like an awesome effect! |

I was hoping it'd be something like the ENB bloom effect were you could just paste it directly to the CE directory... is there anything like that?

its not that hard to do... just copy and paste the script.

erm, no it cant. You cant have a screen effect start when your health goes down.

If you were to use the script, it would only work for the maps that you make.
