I don't know if it is finished yet or if it is were to get it...

I was hoping it'd be something like the ENB bloom effect were you could just paste it directly to the CE directory... is there anything like that?

Explosions are my favorite part of any CE map and I usually judge a map by how much I like the grenades... this is THE greatest plasma I've ever seen! have you made a frag as well?

Hey I'm new to the forum and I was just wondering were and how to get the health blur effect? I stumbled upon this in youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avgGx5A5c1E&feature=related just wondering if anyone has this or knows how to get it because it looks like an awesome effect! |
