Ok , i've already encountered people who just dont want to abide by the rules , for example , if i set up a server and put it in the rules : ' NO CUSSIN ' , then someone joins and starts cussing. Lets name this guy X. Now , X is flaunting the rules , so player Y warns him. Then he continues , then he gets a second warning. Next thing i know , Halo CE isnt responding. I've heard that it's HaloBoom or some other program that sends malicious data to halo servers to crash them. Is there any way of preventing this?

NOT FIXED. It just happened today on the 1.08 patch , my server in fact. Some guy called machinimaaaaa (give or take an a)

Yes, unfortunately there is halo loop for 1.08 for in fact, quite awhile

Someone provide a solution already , HaloLoop is annoying just about all Dedicated server runners. Isnt 1.08 sopposed to prevent (Aimbots , did not , Hacks (serverside) , did not , HaloLoop , did not.)?

Because how how updates work, they just broke the old ones. It took less then 2 days for people to go make new ones. |

Yes, I got banned from the ban free cmt_snow_grove, so I hijacked it's rcon, and banned the admin. yeah, a lot of the 1.08 servers have gotten VERY laggy nowadays.

Well on Xfire clan }SK{ Someone hacked there server and they were using version 1.08 so the new version is the same thing as the old one, EXCEPT the newer version searches for more servers.

My servers have never been crashed, but a few of my friends has. It's pretty sucky!
