Slo-mo might be interesting, but as a suggestion, put it on a timer (i.e. you can use it for 20 game seconds, meaning 40 if it's half-speed, but then it goes back to normal speed) and have a "cool-down" period where you can't use it, say 10 seconds or something like that, so you don't become too reliant on it.

If the pitch of the sounds/music/voices could be altered to match the game speed, that might make it somewhat amusing...

Maybe be like an over the shoulder GOW kind of thing. Though, idk how you would get it to aim correctly.

If you read, until they get 3rd person working, there going to put the slo mo in. If they get 3rd person working, then theyll replace the slo mo with the 3rd person.

In my opinion the scope that they had planned looks dumb to me (no offense) the reason I say this is because its too big and plus it serves no purpose (because it does not zoom). Another thing is the color of the scope which is green ):

you don't need a scope when you are in MJOLNIR armor because the suit's visor has built-in magnification.

If it has built n magnification, then why doesnt the assault rifle have zoom n shoot in halo 3?

Great great great great thats all i need to say bout CMT's work, The slo-mo and the 3rd person, I rather have both of em, im leaning toward Slo mo to 3rd person.

Last i knew of the SMG , there was a flame war on Modacity about the scope.
Oh , and btw , jcap on Modacity can be an @$$hat sometimes.
