Alright here is what happened. I had halo installed on my computer but my computer broke. Long story short I had to delete my account and start a new one, now I reinstalled Halo but now it is very blurry and the edges seem to have lost there defination where before they were grand. Here is an example from GM_flatgrass: Notice how the aim reticule is blurry as is the rocket in the upper right hand corner, the halo ring + planet and the radar. I have tried messing around with the video setting in halo but it did not work, does anyone know how to fix this? Ps.My Halo is offical and not cracked or anything like that so it aint that. That's a custom reticule and ammo indicator, so I'm assuming that is the problem.

Go into your settings and make the video settings better. Especially your resolution.

Even at maximum settings the problem still exists :( is there anyway of checking if it is the video card that is broke? The old one was not removed but can they be effected and lose their power? (sorry if thats a stupid question) Edited by MickGrif on Apr 9, 2009 at 10:27 AM

Strange, the upper left ammo indicator looks quite clear to me (as does the objective picture.)
My suggestion is go into campaign and see if this problem exists there too. (the original campaign on Halo PC, don't use a custom campaign). If that's the case, it may be your video card, or your monitor. Edited by 0fullmetal0 on Apr 9, 2009 at 01:06 PM

it looks to me like you got your setting for textures to low. Are you sure they're on high?
