really? your not just saying that to try to prove your flimsy point? i think your leaving out the part where you get really frustrated. dennis did shut down the forums. he said if modacity wasnt down, he wouldn't have put these ones back up. also way to totally ignore that what e3po did was a borderline federal offense

what i was saying is that BEFORE we all knew the specifics of what had happened, it seemed as though he had hacked into the server to gain access to privileges that we normally wouldn't have. thats why dennis cannot allow us to be admins. it would be a violation of the contracts he has with many of his clients to give 3rd party people access to administrative privileges on his servers. if e3po had hacked in, THAT would have been an offense. what e3po actually did was exploit a function in the forum that gives you access to a cookie that lets you find out account info.

If he would've told Dennis about it and hadn't already used the exploit on some people (Or was it just one person?), then Dennis wouldn't have locked the forum in the first place.

Dont take this the wrong way:
There is a base in the middle east.
I take a gun and shoot 3 of the guys inside it.
I go send a letter to the leader and tell him he has some flaws in security.
Then I go and want a TY for getting the point across... ______________________________________

holy damn, read what i said he exploited a glitch that allows him to get a person's password from a cookie that he gets when he sends someone a PM. hes just playing dirty. no criminal offenses here. we THOUGHT it was one before dennis cleared it up he didnt exactly hack in this case, but otherwise, yes dydo, you are right. he is a hacker.

E3po is hardly a hacker. He just follows in other peoples footsteps, and as far as his HEK goes, it doesn't add anything other than maybe duo core support, which no one can even prove, let alone even need in sapien.
He's just a cheap imitator. I'm sick of you people acting like he's actually someone who hasn't been playing you all for his own ego.
And no ones saying take all his money, I was just saying what I thought should be done, but Dennis has stated if he does something, he won't even tell us. And It's not our business to know either.

"me an e3 talk allot about random stuff, if you get to know him he is a great guy. Anyone here that knows him well enough can vouge for that." Edited by Billy G on Nov 24, 2008 at 08:34 PM Tool** is a bunch of garbage (sorry e3po) and how do you know that 300 people use it a week?

So like I said, he's a liar. He's doped you all into testing and running his apps, which are more and more looking like test runs on his own way to invade your privacy and monitor you. So like I said, he's a liar and a fraud.

From what i hear(Dennis could check logs)he told Dennis FIRST before testing it on anybody else. you can ask DEE if e3po asked BEFORE he tested it on him. "E3pO: I only tested it on people i knew, and most of them wanted me to..." Jesus, please, not DEE. That won't get us anywhere, what with the trouble he's caused himself. If they wanted to, then why was Advancebo freaking out? He was getting angry, from what I saw.

I'm 19 first of all, and Masterz1337 is not who I am in real life. Why you seem to care so much about me exposing E3po is puzzling. No, I don't like him, and I have watched a long time as he has continually pulled crap over everyones eyes. I thought he was just some script kiddie expierenting, obviously he has more malicious thoughts in mind. So tell me, why shouldn't I be posting this. You seem to care alot about him even though he screwed everyone over. It wouldn't really surprise me if you are him. Edit: Anyone who take Dee's words at face value doesn't know who he is too. Does the app tool** state anywhere in the readme that it sends back data because if it's for his own testing to make it better why shouldn't we know about it, plus it's our privacy.

He went above and beyond our understanding of that tool star app, what he did (not telling us about it sending information to him) was a matter of personal rights, and by voiding those rights, he is a hacker, and now he can be sued and punished by law.

I am still undecided as to E3po's intentions, but i wish he had just not included that update feature, and i really wish that he would have released a standalone app that bypasses the power of 2 reliant bitmaps. Edited by Maniac1000 on Nov 24, 2008 at 09:25 PM

You can do that in guerilla, and I doubt he could bypass the power of two in a way that would matter anyway via a program.
And Billy G, this isn't real life, so no one cares about if he saves kittens or not in his free time.
