egh, I've been real sick lately so I haven't been tagging very much. Needler, plasma weapons, warthog turrets, and a hammer and sword need to be tagged.

Nah I'm not much of a vehicle tagger, all I've done to the warthogs is add a gauss hog and increase their gravity 1.5 times.
If you need information on the damage of the hog minigun turret, it takes 5 shots to take out the shields, 3 shots to kill after shields. Edited by Marka Haiyana on Apr 13, 2009 at 08:37 PM

Also whats the point of increasing gravity? Wont it be easier to just make it a little slower. Unless you other things planned.

what's the current progress? apart from the hud you're setting up, quite quiet on what you're doing
I've asked caboose for the remaining hud element reference, i'm currently making all h3 gametype icons, they'll appear with the correct gametype with appropriate bars, but i can't make them fill, except if you want to keep pressing F1 all the time then replacing the score board with bitmaps instead of numbers, ofcourse thus possible but way too complicated for such a minor thing, so don't count on the bars filling, but i hope to have the gametype icons done soon

He passed Sandtrap to me, he ripped it from your map, but there are still fux ups here and there. So he gave me a Sandtrap build to fix so that he can compile without errors.

prolly also a good idea to post that here so everyone knows what's going on, it's going to be opensource anyways, so the more people working on it the better
oh and, i fixed the halo 3 flag and made the h3 flag texture, maybe i should send that too,...
now i think of it, you have errors but you can compile? then it probably is bitmap errors, if you've set up my hud completely you get warnings when you compile it, i used empty bitmaps to remove the h1 gametype icons and use them as placeholder untill i have all the correct h3 gametype bitmaps, so you shouldn't meddle with that since they're placeholders for the new bitmaps, if you fill that space then i can't use it to let it sync with the gametypes obviously, leave them be for now
if there are any other fux ups, then i don't know about it and it can't be because of my tags, then you either didn't rip correctly it or you're renaming stuff wich you shouldn't, it's set up in a certain way and should only be ripped to apply the unit hud interface to the biped and the weapon interfaces for the weapons, for the rest you have to wait till i'm done with the rest of the hud. I've finished all weapon meters now, even the gravhammer would you include it, and i'm halfway with the crosshairs (ok not me... chris makes them)
also, i'm almost done with the hayabusa armor, just have to unwrap the chest and shoulders. if you want to, you can have the new version of the random spawning halo 3 armor, it includes: EVA, CQB, EOD (yes textured correctly) Hayabusa, Mark 6, Recon Edited by BeachParty clan on Apr 16, 2009 at 08:22 AM

Hes having problems with the grenades showing up, it uses the old grenade interface. And I told him I would make new bitmaps anyways.

Also, there were some minor things, such as no flashing red when the shield was down, the flood overlay never faded, etc etc.
