I go into a server, on H2_headlong pb2. Things go well...

I get in a tank and attack. Some guy named AXEL 117 proceeds to call us "vehicle noobs."

I continue on a bloodthirsty rampage. I die a few times, and keep getting the tank...


AXEL proceeds to shout at me and to tell the host to ban me. Eventually I get kicked. I return...

Get into the tank again...

"HES TANK CAMPING AGAIN"

I get banned. Wow. Just wow. I get banned for utilizing the map's equipment to my advantage.

I realize that most of you do not care at all, lock if you must, I just had to let this off my chest.

I know. Happens all the time. Get over it, it will happen as long as we continue playing games filled with immature players. Think of it as him being a little noob instead of him being a total ***hole. Laugh at him instead of getting pissed off. If the host was a noob, then maybe it's not worth your time to play in that server.

I have a good one:

I join a server playing chronopolis. The host is a guy named Oblivion with extreme over-use of alt-code characters.

Not even five seconds after I joined, I see:

Oblivion: your name fails, go fix it.

And then I get kicked (my name was just plain Me [KS]).

I come back to nicely ask why I was kicked, and he just kicks me again. I repeatedly join and get kicked right after (he seems not to like banning).

Then I change my name to "lolololololol" to see if he cares about the name now. I actually stay in-game for a while, and then he kicks me again after saying that "it's people like you that ruin originality in Halo CE".

If he had let me stay in the game for five seconds more, I would have completely drowned him with insults. I mean, first off, jamming a bunch of alt-codes in your name is about as original as re-inventing the wheel. Second, I know how to make maps for CE which adds plenty of originality, what the heck does Oblivion do besides be a jerk of a Halo player?

(I had some fun afterwards like I always do with idiotic hosts. I change my name to "You Suck", search Xfire for the server IP address, and then use the "connect" and "disconnect" commands in the console to join and leave the server ridiculously fast, annoying the host while he tries to ban you. In this case, Oblivion accidentally banned someone else while trying to ban me. He he.)

No matter what people call me in a game I just agree with them. Man does that piss them off and pretty soon the other people laugh at them until they shut up.

I'll have to try this out sometime.

He sometimes plays, I remember he said about once every 3 months though.

Not as often as I use too and I switch between TF2,HCE, H2V and single player HL2 games like portal, HL2 ep1-2 and various mods.

I see nothing wrong with people that use vehicles. They're part of the game, and their easy to kill anyway.

About a year ago, I was joining a Halo PC server. It was a clan recruiting server, and I had a clan tag in my name, so I got kicked the second I joined.

I was playing on bloodgulch. Some noob joined. Whenever he got killed he called us a bunch of cuss words, like this "you n****r", and "f*** you ******". Lulz ensued.

I was playing an Extinction server a couple of days ago because Spore was gettign a little boring after 5 straight hours, and I spawn on red team which is outnumbered 5v11. I go out after gettign camped and steal a Pelican and get the flag and draw attention away from my base, and a player named 'erney' gets in a Pelican and starts attacking me. After 5 minutes of shooting each other, he stops to type and starts yelling 'life h4x!!!!!111111111111!!!!!!1' Which a stop to type and tell him no, and proof him wrong because at this point I have died 6 times, he kills me.
Then next game my team beats them fairly easily. He leaves out of agrivation and comes back 15 minutes later after the number of players is now 3v12, he joins, switches to blue while we complain about the unfair teams, and then he starts agreeing with us on it.

Yes and No in that order.

Once I was booted for jumping too much (trying to avoid incoming fire..)

Yes we buy Dell's they have been very reliable for the servers and the desktops.

I have a few ban stories...

Once upon a time I was playing HPC and I was on this server hosted by... I dunno... some clan... MM? Something like that. This guy from their clan named Ghost was talking all sorts of crap. When he got a kill, he boasted with hubris on how he "pwned" or "owned" them... When he got killed, he would type a long, stupid, pointless, annoying, meaningless string of curse words... no, scratch that...
...he would type several. I complained about it, and he started directing all his flames to me...
Thus, I took the opportunity to make fun of him.
Eventually I called him a failure at life and he was all "well u can suk my <censored>", "and u no wat <censored, related to last censor>?" (me: no, I don't know "wat".) then, "im co moderator!", "nd im gon get u banned!" I didn't believe his crap, especially since ANOTHER MM guy was on there agreeing with me...
But soon enough, another MM guy on there, Boss, banned me for flaming Ghost... >_>
Later, I found a guy on HCE named Boss, whose name used the same characters as the MM one... I don't know if he was the same guy, but we had a laugh or two in the game we were in...

ANOTHER STORY!
There was a server with something along the lines of "BETRAY = BAN!" in H2_Coagulation (the one that the EARLY CMT made.)
I didn't betray on purpose, but I was driving my ghost with the boost on, and the guy hosting the server spawned only a few inches in front of me.

So he banned me for splattering him because he spawned in front of my ghost.
I later got revenge by kicking him over... and over... and over... and over... and over... and over... and over and over and over again until he never came back.
I then added his name to my banlist, but my banlist gets cleared often. I can't even remember his name.

i rarely play, and this utter stupidity is why, but i joined a clan server with my friend, i think it was those RED clan tardletts, i typed "hi" and someone typed back to "stfu".
my friend joined 30 seconds later, said "hi", i said "hi joe" and i got kicked. so i joined back and asked why i was kicked, and they kicked me again. i joined a 3rd time, made sure that they understood that they were an "assfully exclusive cult of under-age, A.D.H.D. children" and left before they could kick me again.

This guy named Rael was in my server. he was being a total ass and reminded ever so much of HDoan. And he kept being a male reproductive organ so i banned him, Now i cant host because he is HaloBOOMing me at every oportune moment.

then buy the game.

i remember one host that was pure lazy. i was driving a tank, left it, then someone entered the tank and drived it on the base, and left it. i enter it again, then he starts "hey! give my tank back!" so i drive a few circles around the base. "hey host, ban this noob!" so i drive near another tank and say: "heres another tank, why dont you take it?" "i dont care, give me back my tank!" then another noob: "yeah, ban him" i say: "not my fault hes to lazy to move 50m." and i got banned. probaly the clan of PL (get what i meant?)

The thing is, the people who don't have skill at this game continually call the people who do have skill botters.
