DOWNLOAD LINK: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4022 TECHNICAL CRAP (map editors read this): -around 1,700 triangles -craft has no cockpit, but seats still work -to get in the ship, climb up a wing or the tail area, and walk to the left window for thedriver seat, right window for gunner -bottom hatch does nothing, only there for looks -rockets do nothing against other stingrays, as far as I've tested, making the rocket an air-to-ground weapon only -gauss cannons might need damage adjustments -SPECIAL BONUS: Personalize your stingray! I've included a pack of different colored cubemaps. Open the shader labeled "r_steellight.shader_model", scroll down to the cubemap, and from there you can choose any one of the cubemaps I've included in the zip. Want a gold Stingray? go for it INSTALLATION: Just stick the folder "nuggastingray" in Halo Custom Edition\tags\vehicles *remember to set the necessary flags and globals settings before attempting to compile the map. IMO the different color cubemaps are probably a waste of space, seeing as anyone can just take the white cubemap and change the tint color. Want gold? Set red to 10 and green to 9.

shooting at the bloody thing for an hour to get your shields down to one with that golden pistol sure was fun XD hope you fixed it so that it can actually hit me this time (kept jumping over his guass shots) anyways it flies like a LS only more sensitive and smoother :3 good job nugga glad to see you finally finished it, and it's a major improvement over the very first one.

i was wondering if it would ever be finished and released. Not too bad, i am glad you finished it. at least it's something different from the longsword.
oh no noob idea alert. A map "longswords vs stingrays" lol watch someone actually make that now. btw horriable idea for a map.

Anyways it wouldn't have even been completed if I never asked him about it and fixed the bug that was casuing problems. I like the silver shaders, makes it look more sleek. Looks more like it's covenant than human with the glow and round shapes... It should probably have been designated as part of the longsword series however(such as the Shortsword)

You know, believe it or not, I thought up a similar concept quite a while back. Similar design, like a smoothed Longsword, but it was virtually a travel ship with a Slipspace engine and shielding system. It was an interesting idea, but I forgot about it.
