when ever i open anything in sapien it opens 3 seconds later boom its closed and i never even see the map like it opens then closes like the file is off limits or somthing

Actually Don't do that. If it is a original map e.g Blood gulch, Go to halomaps and go download your self the .scenerio maps file.

maybe you are missing files like .dialogues ETC.ETC.
then when you try to open it wont work, just get these files with HEK+, then put them in the right map
