ok i finished my map's model but when i link the level to the frame i check the select and link but all it says is "frame" and it dosent even have the word "level" under it i tried to link and ling it but it wont let me link it

Make a box (go to primitives and select box) and set it right next to your map. Name the box frame. Then, get the link button and link the map to the frame.

ok i figured it out it IS linked to frame but it dosent say so because when i move frame the level moves to

thats odd isnt it? The levels are now connected to each other. Of course they will move simultaneously.

THe level is linked to the frame, so there for the frame is the parent of the level. that means that moving the frame will move the level too. the level however, is not the parent of the frame, so moving the level wont move the frame too.
Make sure after you link the level to the frame, you click on the select or select and move (or any selection tool) and then click the select by name button. Check the box that says "display subtree" and see if the word level is underneath the word frame, and level is indented to the right a bit.

i think the name dont show is cuz (if there is a little arrow next to main name) the arrow is not clicked or double clicked
