I place my scenery tags in sapien and you can see them. But if you look at them they disappear. The model has no errors and has correct collision.

this has happened to be before. Make sure the models render-bounding radius and bounding radius are set correctly (in gbxmodel or collision tag, its been a while)

Just set the bounding radius and keep the render bounding radius at 0.

I'm having the same problem, but i haven't placed a lot of scenery.
How do I work out what bounding should be?

Um? English? I can't understand you. When you place your objects you zoom in and you can't see the object?

OK, I set the bounding radius to 10 and the other to 0 and i still have the same problem, and how much scenery is too much?
As I move around in Sapien the scenery disappears at certain viewing angles, in game i get the same and I can drive/walk/shoot through the scenery which indicates that the collision is not set, but i have made collision tags for all the scenery.
Question...
Is it ok to use scenery objects as structures within the map, ie bases, towers and such? Buildings etc, or should I be placing them in the main 'skybox'?

Try putting both to 10. And make sure you have to errors and do you have a collision model? And officer egg... Quote: I'm having the same problem, but i haven't placed a lot of scenery. Edited by Newbkilla on Jul 3, 2008 at 07:24 PM
