How can I import models into a map in 3dsmax without getting an overlapping surfaces error? I am trying to add an asgard base to my map, but it gets the error since there is that huge pole thing underneath the base. How do other people import models without this error?

Boolean has been known to cause something called "ghost geometry". A problem that can aggrevate anybody. I do use boolean for somethings, ie...scenery, but never on complete levels.

Ghost geometry is unseeable pieces in your map. You hit them put never see them. Well good instance is the yoyorast V2 project Im working on with Yohan. It has one of these ghost geometrys in it. Man ive been doing this 3+ years now, ive seen many posts about this. Look about you might find it someplace.
