I've wondered this too. With the new animations for the brutes being as well done as they are, it makes the other animations feel sorta flat. Can we expect spruced up animations for the other AI, or perhaps imported animations like the halo 2 ones that were being used in H2SPP?

If you killed Captain Keyes early on, you would ultimately be unable to beat the game. You need his neural implant to blow up the Autumn.

Remember how Chief takes the implants from him after he becomes part of the Proto-Gravemind?

Chief could do that on the bridge too.

He couldn't have known that he'd need to have them in order to destroy the Autumn's reactors and blow up Halo in order to slow the spread of the Flood and prevent the ring from wiping out all sentient life in the galaxy. They didn't even know what Halo was at that point, let alone that it was host to a parasitic hivemind.

Cortana would know. Of course, I highly doubt she would continue to help him.

As far as the story goes, no one knew they had to do that until the end.

If it were up to me, the rouge Chief would kill Keyes, escape, and basically attempt to survive as long as he could, eventually meeting the Flood, which would lead to him backtracking to Keyes in order to stop the Flood and everything else on it.

It sounds like this idea would be better-suited to a standalone SP, rather than attempting to mesh it with CMT canon.

I know they handle the Covenant caste system a bit differently, and that equipment from later games shows up earlier, but I don't know much more than that.

I had a dream about weapons of the CMT SPV3 and VISR mode in real life

It was a video and showed the warthog from halo 4 but the turret was different but not is if it was Halo 4 because I remember that if it seemed (craphog)

the weapons allegedly I saw were the:

SMG, the sniper but this seemed a bit of halo 1 and something like a grenade, and tested the SMG and a warthog and is saw that they had very good effects of camera

VISR mode was a mask that it looked dark and after I woke up there :/

B30:E will be released in July last time I checked and if that's still on track, that may actually come out before CE3.

Speaking of videos... our Brute ranks are finally finished! I've been waiting FOREVER to do a brute vidoc, so hopefully I can get that done soon, although I have a busy week ahead of me with real life stuff. In short, we now have Reach style brutes, power armored brute leaders, and then chieftains who use special power armor which requires weapon combos to lower the shield so the helmet can then be removed.

What's really exciting for me, is the power armor brute leaders. Back in SPV2 we had this idea that Brute power armor would be like an elite shield, but recharging at a faster rate. Once the shield was destroyed, the armor would be removed and it would never come back. We could never quite figure out how to do it, until now.

Anyway awesome awesome stuff. A few other things came together while I was gone in Puerto Rico, one being the grunt, the other being the Phantom, which is another thing we have been trying to get done since SPV2 and never did.
