I agree, the pistol seems to be the most boxiest. How ever your AR and BR look quite nice. Can we know the poly counts by any chance?
The texture itself rather than the color, needs more attention. If you use photoshop or gimp, grab a free metal texture from the web, place it above your current texture layer (in the layers dialogue) and change the blending mode from "normal" to "overlay" adjust the opacity to suit.

I personally like the cartoonish texture style, all weapons and the map match nicely. Couple of things that bother me are that this thing on sniper rifle is not round enough: http://i61.tinypic.com/1zeidrm.jpg and SMG handle texture looks somehow wrong. Also, you might want to get some ambient occlusion on your weapon textures.

The textures and the way the guns are styled makes me think of Borderlands 2 and the way gearbox "styled" their game in a cartoonish way.
