I find it best to make these things high res, then you can simply resize it.

how the hell am i supposed to know? do i look like ive made an SP map before? the only time ive successfully made ANY AI spawn in a map was when silent STRKR was makeing a halo community campaign project which he placed some into a map with a script and stuff and i just changed things up.
AI and sp mapping is a mystery to me, im just quoting what he said.

If those interiors gave off dynamic lights so the forrunner metal would be lit up, it would be awesome, because without it the lens flares look out of place, other than that it's great

So I got bored, thought I'd try to convert the grunt textures to HD right now I'm working on sharpening the original details of the texture so that it's less blurry original after resize: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/31/grunttorsoold.png/what I've got after four hours last night and seven hours today http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/705/grunttorso.png/you should be able to spot the areas that have been fine tuned, I started with the edges, and am now working on the armor on the lower right side of the torso texture I'm going for painstaking accuracy to the original details before I add in anything like scratches to the armor, they may never be completely clear but they should at least be a little sharper Edited by Delicon20 on Nov 17, 2012 at 07:32 PM

I believe so EDIT: skin needed a lil sumthin sumthn cause I couldn't get that blurriness to go away. when in doubt, add some circles not what I wanted to do initially, but you can only do so much to an 11 year old texture without adding to it I feel dirty nowEdited by Delicon20 on Nov 17, 2012 at 10:36 PM

On your first post there wasn't much of a difference, you just filled in some of the dark areas, but your last post made me mentally eat my words. The skin looks a lot better and you should keep at it.
