The flood stuff looks kinda "stuck on". I think you should add some decal work onto the ghost texture around the flood stuff.

Add some flood detail to the textures: http://img846.imageshack.us/img846/3245/rebeltorsoinfected.png

sort of like that ^

note they may not look very good at first but ingame they actually look pretty cool.

That ghost would have been cool for the elites in Halo 3.

While it does look cool I will admit, flood do not have the ability to give it a new paint job if you get what I mean. While it looks floodish in color, the color change from an original ghost doesn't make sense. Not saying it has to make sense because a lot of crap in halo doesn't make sense but just wanted to point that out in case you maybe want to change it back. Instead of a color change, might I recommend making a couple extra pieces of mesh 0.1 away from the original mesh and a new texture that look like tendrils forming around the spores.

Use the destroyed one, but with the same flood growth as the green one for win.

Well, it doesn't look busted up, because, why would flood care about vehicle maintanence? Gravemind didn't care about High Charity. And the cracked look(*or tentacles under the emtal, whatever) makes it seem more... alive. Maybe you could have sum tentacles sprouting out and from the plasma rifle barrel?

I like your ghost a lot. Makes it easier for me to feel that it's actually flood infested. Still though...

Needs work on the cockpit, and it looks... wrong. I think you need to have a look at pictures of jumbo jets and check otu what is making ur thing look wrong.

The main body is too smooth.

FTFY.
Wings are too thin, and too high up.
Also, airplanes rarely have only two engines with wings built like those (from my experience.).
Don't even get me started about the tail.
Cockpit is too round, too high up.
overall plane is too round and too straight.
engines haz bad smooooothing errorz.
OH, and the tips of wing, normally taper off more than that, usually more rounded (not too) at the end.

This is what a Jumbo jet should look like:

Or for those people who never got an erector set as a kid:

Not really.

Jumbo jets got the upper deck, making the front of the plane taller, and it has 4 engines.

Regardless of it's class, all the flaws he pointed out seem to apply.

Then look at Cheddar's. All he did take the Flood Carrier arms and stick em on the wings and haul. :\

I liked that though. It looked cool.

Honestly, if you just take off the "horns" and add a little more flood bumps on the top, then it will look fine. You don't need a lot, like look at the pelicans in Halo 2. There's just small flood mounds in the cockpit.
