Specular definitely looks H3.

Red, yellow and black are very close to H3's colors.

As for every other color, they are a bit off, especially blue.

yea i just tryed to match the colors to images online. i am going to set up a mp map now and check all the colors out

(reserved for mp pictures)

So after CE3, i took a break from ce. I decided to come back today after formatting my pc. It took me about 8 hours in total, but i present to you, halo reach brutes:

Killzone, the Chief seems to break his thumb when he holds the carbine lol, I'm guessing you're planning to fix that? Other than that, those models look really good, personally I have no experience whatsoever on modelling or texturing or shaders etc. stuff like that, but from the sidelines, they look damn good.

Zteam ripped the animations, I think theres a few things that isn't ripped but I cant remember.

i use the tpv5 as they are set up for the default halo 3 bones but the tpv3 anims work just as well.

you have to use a collision and model that use similar bone names and bone structure or else errors or unnatural deformity's may occur

i used the collision and model from the pit remake by jesse

you can just pull it from the test map i posted a while back you'll just have to make new shaders

OS.

Whenever I try to compile a map/yelo with those animations, it gives me an animation error or something like that.

HEK+ does ruin tags where HTC doesn't. Ala actor variants.

working on some "cheap" blind wolfs.

(bleeding uvws on the ankles have been fixed)
Made with max, mudbox and Photoshop.

Expect a complete biped release soon, for both vanilla users and OS users.
Non-OS users will be able to use a diffuse map that has the normal baked with max.

The diffuse on the render is at 256x256 however I will include a 512x512 on release.

Yes, they will be fully animated by me. A new actor and actor varient will be included aswell, so all you have to do is set up their behavior in sapien.

The screenshots are not dark enough.
Take them in a place with a better lighting like bloodgulch or something...

This one looks detail and sharp. But he didn't even want to rip blindwolf he had to make his own creature look different.

So that means if killer going to release orginial blindwolf and sshers4 that would be cool.

But too bad his blindwolf will be bigger than this orginial one.

Yes, Alex, I'll take "things that will get you banned again" for 200.

But on a more related note, there is still quite a bit of work to be done. A lot of the brutes' shaders (mostly the armor) need to be redone or at least be more pronounced (right now they look black when I assume they should look gold). Also, there seems to be some glaring rigging errors with the flood model (especially in the left arm).
